It is important to note that by purchasing our products at browandskin.com.au you are fully agreeing to our returns and refunds policy. You as a customer agree to pay + take responsibility for all charges made in accordance with your purchases and these policies.

To be fair, no exceptions are made.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Brow & Skin Renovation offers several products that we do not issue refunds once the order is completed. You, as a customer are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any products on browandskin.com.au

We do realize that some exceptional circumstances can take place therefore we will honour some refunds upon brow renovations discretion. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honoured.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased product we will potentially grant you a full refund , but only under our discretion. in this case, please send an email to hello@browandskin.com.au with reason and we will review on a case by case basis. in no way does this guarantee a refund for products purchased.

Appointments cancelled outside 24 hours of booking will be refunded as a store credit only. Cancellations inside 24 hours of your booked appointment will forfeit your deposit charges.
